The concentration was notified on 23 March 2026, and the application of the simplified procedure was requested. Op 23 maart 2026 ontving de auditeur - generaal van de Belgische Mededingingsautoriteit (verder “ BMA ”) een aanmelding van een concentratie in de zin van artikel IV.10, § 1 van het Wetboek van Economisch Recht . De aanmeldende partij heeft toepassing gevraagd van de vereenvoudigde procedure zoals bepaald in artikel IV.70, § 1 van het Wetboek van Economisch Recht (verder “WER”). 3. Orkari BV , met maatschappelijke zetel te Kempenstraat 11, 3650 Dilsen - Stokkem , met ondernemingsnummer 0463.950.505 is een familiale Investeringsmaatschappij die via haar dochterondernemingen Paas Food, Buvens en Buva in België actief is in de aankoop van vers kippen - , kalkoen - , wild - en varkensvlees, de verkoop van vers kalkoen - en wildvlees, de verkoop van bewerkt kippen - , kalkoen - , wild - en varkensvlees en de verkoop van diepgevroren bewerkt pluimveevlees . 4. Pludis Groep is in België voornamelijk actief in de aankoop van levende kippen voor de slacht, in de slacht van levende kippen , de verpakking en de verkoop van vers en diepgevroren kippenvlees. De doelonderneming bestaat uit de volgende ondernemingen: a. ES Consultancy BV met maatschappelijke zetel te Toekomststraat 12, 3960 Bree , met ondernemingsnummer 0691.891.201 ; b. Pludis Groep is eigendom van Maatschap KIP 2 (met ondernemingsnummer 1018.880. 476 ) en Maatschap KIP 3 (met ondernemingsnummer 1018.880. 377), beide met maatschappelijke zetel te Toekomststraat 62, 3950 Bocholt (hierna “Verkopers”). 6. Uit het onderzoek van de aangemelde operatie blijkt dat de voorgenomen concentratie valt binnen het toepassingsgebied van b oek IV WER en categorie II.1.c) ii) opgenomen in de nadere regels voor een vereenvoudigde aanmelding van concentraties zoals goedgekeurd door de Algemene Vergadering van de Raad voo r de Mededinging op 8 juni 2007 1 . 7. Zoals bepaald in artikel IV. 70 , § 3 WER , stelt de auditeur vast dat aan de voorwaarden voor toepassing van de vereenvoudigde procedure is voldaan en dat de aangemelde concentratie geen aanleiding geeft tot verzet. 8. Overeenkomstig artikel IV.70, §4 WER dient deze brief te worden beschouwd als een toelatingsbeslissing van het Mededingingscollege in de zin van artikel IV.66 §2, 2 ° WER.
