The Czech competition authority, ÚOHS, has granted approval for the ownership change of the logistics company ANEXIA s.r.o. to MATTELI SPV1 s.r.o., owned by entrepreneur Roman Šmidberský. This decision was made through a simplified procedure and is now final.

ANEXIA, established in 1992, operates in domestic and international freight transport and logistics services, including the management of logistics centers. Previously, the company was owned by three individuals.

MATTELI Group, founded and owned by Roman Šmidberský, encompasses several companies in the transport, logistics, and related services sectors, including CEE Logistics a.s. and LOG-IN CZ s.r.o. The group also has an engineering division led by AML Holding a.s.

In its assessment, ÚOHS evaluated the impact of the merger on domestic and international freight transport, logistics services, and related sectors. The authority concluded that the merger would not significantly disrupt competition in the market.
