The Slovenian competition authority, known as AVK, issued a decision on August 26, 2026, stating that it does not oppose the establishment of a joint venture called CROATIA autoservisi d. o. o. This company will provide services and will be registered in Zagreb, Croatia.

The joint venture is formed by CROATIA osiguranje d. d., located at Vatroslava Jagića 33, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, and AV International GmbH, based at Muthgasse 27, 1190 Vienna, Austria. The AVK has determined that this concentration is in line with competition rules.
