The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) has initiated an investigation into Clanwilliam, a healthcare software company, for suspected violations of competition law.

The focus of the investigation is on Clanwilliam's provision of Electronic Patient Record (EPR) software and related services, which are crucial tools for healthcare professionals in managing patient information and clinical processes.

Individuals with relevant information can confidentially submit it to the CCPC via email, and a survey of General Practitioners (GPs) will be conducted as part of the inquiry.

Due to the ongoing nature of the investigation, the CCPC is unable to disclose further details at this time.
