The Polish Competition Authority (UOKiK) issued Decision No DKK-98/2026 on April 16, 2026, approving the merger between Neo Grupa Cichy-Zasada sp. z o.o. sp. j. and Drewnikowski sp. z o.o. This decision follows an antitrust investigation initiated at the request of Neo Grupa.

The merger involves Neo Grupa acquiring a portion of Drewnikowski's assets located in Szczecin. The authority determined that the merger would not negatively impact competition in the market.

Notably, the decision did not require any remedies or conditions, as it fully aligned with the requests of the parties involved. The authority opted not to provide a detailed justification for the decision, citing that it did not resolve any disputes between the parties and was not issued in response to an appeal.

Parties have the right to appeal this decision to the District Court in Warsaw within one month of its delivery, with a fixed court fee of 1000 PLN applicable for the appeal.
