The Greek competition authority has announced the unanimous approval of the acquisition of exclusive control by AKTOR Group over MILORA M.A.E. This decision was made during a session of the Competition Committee, under Decision No. 876/2025, in accordance with the relevant articles of Law 3959/2011.
AKTOR Group is involved in various sectors including public and private construction projects, metal constructions, renewable energy, and real estate development. The acquired company, MILORA, focuses on investments in real estate, specifically in the acquisition, development, management, and exploitation of a real estate portfolio.
The relevant markets concerning this transaction include the broader market for real estate services, the sub-market for acquiring and exploiting properties through leasing, the sub-market for real estate development, the broader construction market (mainly private projects for commercial use), and the market for facility management services. The geographical scope of these markets is limited to Greece.
Due to the small market shares of the participating companies, there are no affected markets, and no adverse effects on competition are expected in the relevant markets related to this transaction. Therefore, the Competition Committee has approved the notified concentration.
