The Slovenian Competition Authority, known as the Public Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for the Protection of Competition, has made a significant decision regarding a merger between two companies.

CESTNO PODJETJE PTUJ D.D., located at Zagrebška cesta 49A, 2250 Ptuj, has sought to acquire exclusive control over KIT-AK, gradnje, d.o.o., based at Kidričeva ulica 28, 3250 Rogaška Slatina.

After reviewing the merger, the authority has concluded that the acquisition does not raise any competition concerns and is in compliance with existing competition rules.
