Autorité belge de la Concurrence Auditorat Avis Notification préalable d'une opération de concentration Affaire n°MEDE . CC S.25 - 00 40 : Sofindev VI Comm. V / IFW Globe NV - Cas susceptible d’être traité selon la procédure simplifiée Le 16 décembre 2025 , l’auditeur général de l’Autorité belge de la Concurrence a reçu une notification de concentration au sens de l'article IV.10, § 1er du livre IV « Protection de la concurrence » du Code de droit économique. La notification concerne l'acquisition du contrôle exclusif par Sofindev VI de Shipex Group BY, lFW Globe NV (et ses filiales Shipex NV et VDH Forwarding BV ) . Selon la notification, l'opération de concentration concerne le secteur (i) a utres services auxiliaires des transports , (ii) c ommerce de gros non spécialisé , (iii) t ransports routiers de fret, sauf services de déménagement , (iv) s ervices auxiliaires des transports terrestres et (v) s ervices auxiliaires des transports par eau . Conformément à l’article IV.70 , §1er du Code de droit économique, l es partie s notifiant es ont demandé l’application de la procédure simplifiée. L’Auditorat invite les tiers ayant un intérêt à transmettre leurs éventuelles observations sur l'opération de concentration envisagée de préférence avant le 2 2 décemb re 2025. V / IFW Globe NV - Zaak die in aanmerking kan komen voor de vereenvoudigde procedure Op 1 6 december ontving de auditeur - generaal van de Belgische Mededingingsautoriteit een aanmelding van een concentratie in de zin van artikel IV.10 , § 1 van boek IV “Bescherming van de mededinging” van het Wetboek van economisch recht. De aanmelding betreft de verwerving van uitsluitende zeggenschap d oor Sofindev VI over Shipex Group BY, lFW Globe NV (en diens dochterondernemingen Shipex NV en VDH Forwarding BV) . Volgens de aanmelding heeft de concentratie betrekking op de sector van (i) o verige vervoerondersteunende activiteiten , (ii) n iet - gespecialiseerde groothandel , (iii) g oederenvervoer over de weg, m.u.v. verhuisbedrijven , (iv) d iensten in verband met vervoer te land et (v) d iensten in verband met vervoer over water . Overeenkomstig artikel IV.70 , §1 van het Wetboek van economisch recht, he bben de aanmeldende partij en de toepassing van de vereenvoudigde procedure gevraagd. Het Auditoraat verzoekt belanghebbende derden hun eventuele opmerkingen ten aanzien van de voorgenomen concentratie kenbaar te maken, bij voorkeur voor 2 2 decembe r 2025 . Sofindev VI Seeks Control Over IFW Globe NV

On December 16, 2025, the Belgian competition authority received a notification concerning the acquisition of exclusive control by Sofindev VI over IFW Globe NV and its subsidiaries, including Shipex Group BY, Shipex NV, and VDH Forwarding BV.

 This merger notification falls under Article IV.10, § 1 of the Economic Law Code, which pertains to competition protection. The sectors affected by this concentration include auxiliary transport services, non-specialized wholesale trade, road freight transport (excluding moving services), and auxiliary services for land and water transport.

 The notifying parties have requested the application of a simplified procedure as per Article IV.70, § 1 of the Economic Law Code. The authority invites interested third parties to submit their observations regarding the proposed concentration, preferably by December 22, 2025.
