The Portuguese Competition Authority (AdC) has issued a non-opposition decision for the merger involving Portuslara, Hotel da Praia, D'El Rey Services, Golfbéltico, and Priority Goal. The decision was made on May 13, 2024, by the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority.

The decision not to oppose the concentration operation was based on the assessment that the merger is unlikely to create significant obstacles to effective competition in the national market. This approval allows the companies involved to proceed with the merger without facing antitrust concerns from the AdC.
