Workshops organized by the Polish aid project took place in Chisinau, Moldova, from November 4 to 6, focusing on practical aspects of competition law enforcement.

From November 4 to 6, workshops were held in Chisinau as part of the Polish aid project. The workshops aimed to provide practical knowledge on applying national and EU competition law to experts from the competition authorities of Moldova and Ukraine.

The project, funded by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, aims to support the institutional development of competition authorities in Moldova and Ukraine. It includes sharing insights on interesting cases handled by the Polish competition authority and addressing daily challenges.

Representatives from UOKiK, the Moldovan Competition Council (CC), and the Ukrainian Antimonopoly Committee (AMCU) participated in discussions on topics such as bid rigging, abuse of dominance, market definition, advocacy, and digital market competition issues.

The workshops also involved practical exercises on gathering e-evidence for administrative proceedings, providing a hands-on learning experience for the participants.
