In a collaborative effort, the Polish competition authority, the National Revenue Administration, and the Trade Inspection have conducted a thorough examination of more than 23,000 traditional grills.

Out of these, a staggering 81% were found to be non-compliant, with the majority of issues stemming from incorrect labeling. This raises significant safety concerns, as improper labeling could lead to serious injuries such as burns.

Laboratory tests were performed on 9 different grill models, and 5 of these failed to meet safety standards. As a result of these inspections, nearly 21,000 non-compliant products have been prevented from entering the Polish market, ensuring better safety for consumers.
