The Italian Competition Authority fined Radiotaxi 3570 over €140,000 for breaching a decision related to preventing taxi drivers from sharing unused capacity with competing platforms in Rome.

The cooperative was warned to change clauses that restrict taxi drivers from using other platforms, leading to a second non-compliance incident.

The Authority found the cooperative's requirement for drivers to only use platforms with interoperability agreements as inappropriate, stating that drivers should have the freedom to choose platforms independently to promote competition.

In response to the persistent non-compliance, the Authority imposed a daily penalty until compliance is met.
