On November 25, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in exercise of the power conferred upon it by paragraph d) of No. 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law No. 125/2014, of 18 August, resolves to adopt a decision of non-opposition to the concentration operation, under the terms of paragraph b) of No. 1 of article 50 of the Competition Law, since it is not likely to create significant obstacles to effective competition in the national territory or in a substantial part thereof.

Portuguese Competition Authority Approves Brisa and AtoBe Merger

On November 25, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Portuguese competition authority, known as AdC, made a significant decision regarding the merger between Brisa and AtoBe.
