The CNMC has questioned the maximum limit on tourist accommodations in Catalonia, arguing that it may not be proportionate or necessary. The CNMC suggests that an alternative option, such as implementing a tax or fee on tourist stays, would be less restrictive. In another case, the CNMC has challenged discriminatory requirements for subsidies for training unemployed individuals in the Community of Madrid and Navarra. The CNMC has also advised the removal of quotas for adapted taxis in Madrid and addressed the denial of permits for telecommunications towers in Marbella and Almendralejo. Additionally, the CNMC has required the Junta de Castilla-La Mancha to allow a low-voltage electrical installation in Ciudad Real. The legal areas concerned include Regulatory, Discrimination, and Procedure.
