T-Mobile Poland has been fined over PLN 25 million by the UOKiK for misleading consumers with their advertising campaign offering "1200 GB for free for a year". The ads suggested that the data package was free, but in reality, consumers had to top up their account with a minimum of PLN 35 per month to receive 100 GB of data. The fine was imposed for violating the collective interests of consumers. T-Mobile Poland has the option to appeal the decision.
