The CNMC and the SCE have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen their strategic collaboration. The aim is to enhance joint work through technical assistance programs and the enforcement of competition regulations in Spain and Ecuador.

The MoU ensures a framework of cooperation between the competition authorities of Spain and Ecuador. It promotes the exchange of experiences and best practices in competition defense regulations and reinforces joint work through technical assistance programs and competition promotion actions for the benefit of both countries.
