The Czech competition authority has granted approval for the merger between SERTENA INVESTMENT II LTD and MAX HoldCo s.r.o., enabling them to jointly control MAX Realitní Holding s.r.o. and its subsidiaries, including Palác Flora s.r.o., MYSLBEK s.r.o., and MAX Realitní Finance s.r.o.
This merger primarily affects the rental market for non-residential spaces, particularly office and retail areas in Prague. The authority assessed the merger under a simplified procedure and concluded that it complies with competition rules, as it will not significantly disrupt market competition.
The decision is final and has been confirmed as legally binding.
