26.08.2024 | Latvian competition authority

Latvian waste management company Clean R plans to acquire waste management company Lautus, prompting an investigation by the Competition Council.

Latvian company Clean R, primarily engaged in household waste management, intends to acquire waste management company Lautus. Clean R also operates in industrial waste management, material sorting, and urban cleaning.

Lautus, another Latvian company, provides waste management services including vacuum technology, hazardous waste disposal, medical waste management, and more.
