On April 25, 2025, the Estonian competition authority informed market participants and interested parties that AS Narva Soojusvõrk has clarified the criteria and indicators for evaluation outlined in Appendix 6 of the tender invitation.

Furthermore, on May 5, 2025, AS Narva Soojusvõrk made additional clarifications to Appendix 6 of the tender invitation. The competition authority emphasizes the importance of gathering feedback from market participants regarding these changes.

The competition authority has made a document available for public consultation, which includes the updated tender invitation. Stakeholders are encouraged to review the changes and submit their justified comments and opinions on the tender conditions by May 13, 2025, via email.

Participants are also requested to indicate if their feedback contains any business secrets that should not be disclosed to AS Narva Soojusvõrk or other market participants. If so, they should clearly mark the confidential parts along with justifications.

Based on the feedback received from market participants, the conditions of the tender invitation may be reasonably modified.
