The ruling pertains to the transfer of employees and essential assets from BLAGOVNO TRGOVINSKI CENTER d.d. to SPAR SLOVENIJA trgovsko podjetje d.o.o.

This transaction is based on a contract for the transfer of activities dated April 28, 2025. The authority concluded that this transfer does not fall under the provisions of the Slovenian Competition Act (ZPOmK-2), indicating that the transaction is not subject to further scrutiny under competition law.
