The concentration was notified on 22 July 2026 and application of the simplified procedure was requested. AMB VI is a fund managed by Apheon, an independent European investment firm focusing on medium - sized companies with growth ambitions. Apheon invests in unlisted companies in the Benelux, France, Germany, Italy and Spain, across four core sectors: Healthcar e, Services, Consumer and Niche Industrials. Easi is a provider of software solutions and managed IT solutions, offering an integrated 360° service. In its decision of 31 July 2026, the BCA found that the conditions for applying the simplified procedure were met and that the notified concentration did not raise any objections. Op 22 juli 2026 ontving de auditeur - generaal van de Belgische Mededingingsautoriteit (verder “ BMA ”) een aanmelding van een concentratie in de zin van artikel IV.10, § 1 van het Wetboek van Economisch Recht . De aanmeldende partij heeft toepassing gevraagd van de vereenvoudigde procedure zoals bepaald in artikel IV.70, § 1 van het Wetboek van Economisch Recht (verder “WER”). 3. Apheon Midcap Buyout VI SCS p , is een commanditaire vennootschap ( société en commandite spéciale ) naar Luxemburgs recht, met maatschappelijke zetel te Route d'Arlon 19 - 21, 9009 Strassen, Groothertogdom Luxemburg, ingeschreven in het Luxemburgse handelsregister onder nummer B308945. AMB VI is een fonds beheerd door Apheon. 4. Apheon is een onafhankelijke Europese investeringsmaatschappij die zich richt op middelgrote ondernemingen met groeiambitie en investeert in niet - beursgenoteerde vennootschappen in de Benelux, Frankrijk, Duitsland, Italië en Spanje, in vier kernsectoren: Healthcare , Services , Consumer en Niche Industrials . 5. Easi Corporate SA is een naamloze vennootschap naar Belgisch recht, met maatschappelijke zetel te Avenue Robert Schuman 12, 1400 Nivelles, België en ingeschreven in de Kruispuntbank van Ondernemingen (RPR Brabant Wallon) onder nummer 0766.347.411. Easi is een aanbieder van softwareoplossingen en beheerde IT - oplossingen, met een geïntegreerd 360° - aanbod. 6.
