On August 6, 2026, the Belgian Competition Authority (BCA) announced its approval of Apheon Midcap Buyout VI SCSp's acquisition of sole control over Easi Corporate SA. The acquisition was notified on July 22, 2026, and the BCA applied a simplified procedure for the review.

Apheon Midcap Buyout VI is a fund managed by Apheon, an independent European investment firm that focuses on medium-sized companies with growth ambitions across various sectors including Healthcare, Services, Consumer, and Niche Industrials. Easi, on the other hand, is known for providing software solutions and managed IT services, offering a comprehensive 360° service.

In its decision dated July 31, 2026, the BCA concluded that the conditions for applying the simplified procedure were satisfied and that the acquisition did not raise any competition concerns. This decision reflects the BCA's commitment to facilitating mergers that do not significantly impede competition in the market.
