On September 25, 2026, the Slovak competition authority (PMÚ) commenced proceedings regarding a concentration involving the acquisition of exclusive control by Paprec International SA, based in Geneva, Switzerland, over Brantner Gruppe Inno GmbH and Brantner Abfallwirtschaft GmbH, both located in Krems an der Donau, Austria.

This merger pertains to the waste collection, processing, and disposal sectors, specifically categorized under E 38.1 and E 38.2.

The PMÚ invites third parties, including individuals and legal entities, to submit their comments, objections, and information regarding the announced concentration.
