The Portuguese Competition Authority (AdC) issued a non-opposition decision to the merger between CDC*FAP and SAS, as it determined that the transaction would not significantly impede competition in the country. This decision was made in accordance with the Competition Law, as the merger was not expected to create substantial barriers to effective competition within Portugal.
