The Polish Competition Authority (UOKiK) issued Decision No DKK-229/2025 on September 30, 2025, granting approval for Dariusz Formela to acquire control over F110 Invest Prosta Spółka Akcyjna and MS Investment Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, both located in Krakow.

The decision was made following an antitrust investigation initiated at the request of Dariusz Formela. The authority determined that the merger did not raise any competition concerns and therefore did not require further justification.

As per the legal framework, the decision allows for an appeal to the District Court in Warsaw within one month of notification. The appeal process is subject to a fixed fee of 1000 PLN, although exemptions may apply for parties demonstrating insufficient financial means.
