The Polish Competition Authority has approved the merger between Capmont Group AG and Rockfin S.A., allowing Capmont to gain control over Rockfin without any conditions or remedies.

The Polish Competition Authority (UOKiK) issued Decision No DKK-9/2026 on January 16, 2026, approving the merger between Capmont Group AG, based in Freienbach, Switzerland, and Rockfin S.A., located in Małkowo.

The decision was made following an antitrust investigation initiated at the request of Capmont Group AG. The authority determined that the merger would not raise any competition concerns and therefore did not require any remedies or further investigation.

Notably, the decision did not include a detailed justification as it fully aligned with the request of the parties involved and did not address any contentious interests. The approval allows Capmont Group AG to take control of Rockfin S.A. without any imposed conditions.

Parties have the right to appeal this decision to the District Court in Warsaw within one month of its delivery, with a fixed court fee of 1000 PLN applicable for the appeal.
