The acquisition pertains to the provision of port services at tourist marinas for recreational boats and their users in specific areas of the Greek maritime region.

According to the competition authority, the merger does not result in horizontal, vertical, or diagonal effects on the market for port services at tourist marinas. Therefore, no further substantial assessment is required, and the merger is deemed compatible with competition requirements in the relevant maritime areas.
