The merger involves the transfer of IPM Group from MAJA, the family holding of the le Hodey family, to Rossel in exchange for 10% of Rossel's shares, along with guarantees ensuring editorial independence.
The merger affects the sectors of newspaper publishing and magazine publishing. The authority invites interested third parties to submit their observations regarding the proposed merger, preferably by April 21, 2026. Observations can be sent via email referencing CONC - CC - 25/0009.
IPM Group operates several print media titles, including the daily newspapers La Libre, La DH/Les Sports, and L’Avenir, as well as weekly magazines like Moustique and Télé Pocket.
