The Czech competition authority, ÚOHS, has approved two new acquisitions by the PPF Group. The first acquisition involves the purchase of a group of companies engaged in the rental of non-residential spaces, primarily office and warehouse spaces, as well as land preparation and project development in Prague.

The selling party in this transaction is the Kaprain Group. The companies being acquired include Harfa BC C, Harfa District, Českomoravská Invest, Kovářská 939, C & R Office Center One, and MOTOTECH REAL, all of which operate in the non-residential rental sector.

The second acquisition pertains to the purchase of a facility from IK-invest 3, which owns the Oaks Prague golf course in Nebřenic and a planned residential project of the same name. This residential project will consist of villas, apartment buildings, family homes, and will include the operation of the golf course and two restaurants.

Both transactions were approved by ÚOHS through a simplified procedure, indicating that the mergers will not significantly disrupt competition in the market.
