The Federal Trade Commission is distributing over $672,000 to consumers misled by Trend Deploy's deceptive marketing practices.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is taking action to compensate consumers who were harmed by the misleading marketing practices of Trend Deploy, operated by Frank Romero. A total of $672,000 is being distributed to affected individuals, with 9,419 checks being mailed out.

Consumers are advised to cash their checks within 90 days, as specified on the checks. For any inquiries regarding their payments, consumers can reach out to the redress administrator, JND Legal Administration, at 833-609-9714 or visit the FTC's website for more information on the redress process.

It is important to note that the FTC never requires individuals to pay money or provide personal account information in order to receive their compensation.
