On October 1, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Portuguese competition authority, AdC, made a significant decision regarding the merger between Amadeus and VisionBox.

Utilizing the powers granted by the relevant statutes, the authority adopted a non-opposition decision for concentration operation 74/2025. This decision indicates that the merger is not expected to create significant obstacles to effective competition within the national market or in a substantial part of it.
