The Polish Competition Authority (UOKiK) has issued Decision No DKK-41/2026 on February 16, 2026, approving the merger between Keno sp. z o.o., based in Gliwice, and HAP Armatura Grupa SBS sp. z o.o., located in Lublin. This decision follows a request from Keno and does not involve any contentious issues or disputes between the parties.

The authority determined that the merger would not negatively impact competition in the relevant market, thus granting Keno the control over HAP Armatura without imposing any remedies or conditions. The decision was made in accordance with the provisions of the Polish competition law, specifically referencing Article 18 and Article 13 of the Act on Competition and Consumer Protection.

As the decision fully aligns with the request of the parties involved, the authority opted not to provide a detailed justification. The decision is subject to appeal to the District Court in Warsaw within one month of its delivery, with a standard court fee of 1000 PLN applicable for such appeals.
