The Public Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for the Protection of Competition has made a decision regarding the concentration of companies. This decision pertains to the acquisition of control by JUB Chemical Industry d.o.o., located in Dol pri Ljubljani, over parts of KOOP Trading and KOOP Real Estate companies.

Both KOOP companies are based in Brežice and are involved in trading and real estate operations. The competition authority has reviewed the merger and found no objections, concluding that the concentration aligns with competition regulations.

This approval indicates that the merger will not significantly impede effective competition in the market, allowing JUB Chemical Industry to expand its operations without facing regulatory hurdles.
