The merger involves Dhilmar Ltd. taking control of Anglo American Australia Limited, Anglo Coal (Grosvenor Management) Pty Ltd., Anglo Coal (Moranbah North Management) Pty Limited, and Moranbah North Coal (Sales) Pty Ltd. Additionally, Dhilmar will acquire part of the assets belonging to Moranbah North Coal Pty Ltd.

UOKiK noted that the decision did not require a detailed justification as it fully met the request of the parties involved, did not resolve any disputes, and was not issued as a result of an appeal. This indicates a straightforward approval process without any competitive concerns raised.
