The Portuguese Competition Authority (AdC) has issued a non-opposition decision to the merger between Ascendi IGI and EGI. The decision was made under the Competition Law and concludes that the merger is unlikely to create significant barriers to competition in the national market. This approval allows the merger to proceed without any further competition law concerns.
