The Public Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for the Protection of Competition has made a decision regarding the concentration of companies.

The merger involves MERIT HP, a trading company based in Ljubljana, and ESPRESSO, which operates in the trade and hospitality sector.

The agency has declared that it does not oppose the merger and confirms that it is in accordance with competition regulations.
