On April 17, 2025, the Estonian competition authority announced to market participants and interested parties that AS Narva Soojusvõrk has clarified the conditions outlined in Appendix 6, 'Evaluation Criteria and Assessable Indicators,' of the tender invitation.

This clarification is significant as it allows stakeholders to provide their opinions on the updated tender conditions. The competition authority has made the revised document available for public consultation.

Given the recent updates to Appendix 6, the authority believes it is reasonable to grant additional time for stakeholders to review the changes. Interested parties are encouraged to submit their justified comments and opinions regarding the tender conditions by May 5, 2025, via email at info@konkurentsiamet.ee.
