The Lithuanian Competition Council has authorized Blue Flight Workforce to acquire up to 85.4% of the shares in Biuro Baltic. This acquisition will also grant Blue Flight Workforce indirect control over several companies operating in the Baltic region, including Biuro, Darbius, Workis, and others.

The merger notification was submitted on September 25, 2026. After a thorough assessment, the Competition Council determined that the merger would not create or strengthen a dominant market position or significantly restrict competition.

Blue Flight Workforce is involved in various sectors, including corporate management and education, while Biuro Baltic specializes in temporary employment agency services and recruitment in the Baltic states and Israel.

The merger was subject to notification and clearance due to the combined revenues of the involved companies exceeding EUR 20 million, with at least two companies having revenues over EUR 2 million in the previous year.
