However, the Authority points out that the investigation has not adequately considered the competition problems that may arise in the market for analysis products. It emphasizes that neither the format nor the method of providing digital company registers has been sufficiently analyzed.

To ensure fair competition conditions, the Authority suggests further investigation into how securities central institutions should provide access to digital copies. It warns that the proposals may not effectively address competition issues in the analysis products market, and the suggested urgency is deemed insufficient to resolve these concerns.

The Authority does support the proposal that the law should state that the fee for a securities central institution to provide a current copy of the company register in digital form should be cost-based and not exceed the actual cost.

Overall, the Authority has no comments on the other proposals made in the investigation.
