The acquisition involves AKTOR, a company specializing in technical and energy projects, through its subsidiary AKTOR CONSTRUCTIONS. The merger pertains to the markets for public and private construction projects where both parties operate.

The E.A. concluded that the merger does not raise serious doubts regarding its compatibility with competition requirements in the relevant markets, given the negligible increase in market share of the new entity.
