On October 15, 2026, the Slovak competition authority, known as PMÚ, approved the merger plan involving the acquisition of exclusive control by Accura III GmbH from Germany over Becker Stahl-Service GmbH, also from Germany, along with its subsidiaries.

This merger is characterized as conglomerate in nature, with no horizontal or vertical overlaps between the parties involved. As a result, PMÚ concluded that the merger does not raise any competition concerns and issued a decision without further justification.

The decision became legally binding on October 16, 2026.
