The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has appointed four members to its newly created Advisory Board, which will provide advice on ACM's strategic course and organizational matters.

The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has announced the appointment of four members to its newly created Advisory Board. The Advisory Board, which will begin its work on February 1, 2024, will provide solicited and unsolicited advice to the Board of ACM on strategic matters and organizational issues. The members of the Advisory Board bring diverse experience from various sectors, including the corporate sector, government, academia, energy, digital, and regulatory sectors. The Advisory Board will not provide advice on individual decisions made by ACM based on its statutory powers.
