The Slovenian competition authority, known as AVK, issued a decision on August 13, 2026, regarding the merger between two companies: VETO d. o. o. and TERMOTEHNIKA d. o. o.

AVK concluded that the concentration of these companies does not raise any competition concerns and is in line with competition regulations.

This decision allows Veto and Termotehnika to proceed with their merger without any restrictions or conditions imposed by the authority.
