The concentration is focused on the sector of computer programming and personnel provision services. The parties involved have requested the application of a simplified procedure as outlined in the Belgian Economic Code.

Partena Business Solutions and Civadis/CEVI aim to combine their respective expertise to create a strategic partnership that will provide human resources services, particularly payroll management, to public sector employers. This new entity is intended to assist public administrations and institutions in managing their human resources effectively.
