On September 15, 2026, the Slovak competition authority, known as PMÚ, commenced an administrative procedure regarding the proposed concentration involving Accura III GmbH from Cologne, Germany, acquiring exclusive control over Becker Stahl-Service GmbH, also from Düsseldorf, Germany, along with its subsidiaries forming the Becker Group.

The sectors involved in this merger include the production of hollow profile pipes and related accessories made from steel, as well as aluminum production and wholesale trade in metals and metal ores.

The PMÚ invites third parties, including individuals and legal entities, to submit their comments, objections, and information regarding the announced concentration. The authority requests that these submissions be made as soon as possible after the announcement to ensure they can be considered during the initial phase of the merger assessment.
