The Competition Council has confirmed its Strategy for 2024-2029, which sets out its vision, mission, values, strategic goals, and objectives. The strategy aims to protect effective competition for the benefit of consumers and contribute to the accelerated development of the Lithuanian economy. The Council's strategic objectives include creating benefits for consumers, raising competition awareness, improving efficiency and competences, and achieving a high level of digital maturity. The strategy is based on internal strategy sessions, self-assessment, and best practices of competition authorities in other countries.
