The Polish competition authority, UOKiK, has announced a competition for the best master's thesis focused on competition protection or consumer rights. This initiative aims to encourage academic contributions to the field of competition law.

Participants can compete for monetary prizes of 7,000 PLN, 5,000 PLN, and 3,000 PLN, along with opportunities for paid internships at UOKiK and the chance to have their work published.

The deadline for submissions is set for November 30, 2023, providing ample time for interested candidates to prepare their entries. This competition not only rewards academic excellence but also promotes awareness and understanding of competition and consumer protection issues in Poland.
