On October 1, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Portuguese competition authority, known as AdC, made a significant decision regarding the merger between Portobello and Dualparts II.

Utilizing its authority under the relevant statutes, the Board resolved to adopt a non-opposition decision for the concentration operation 73/2025. This decision indicates that the merger is not expected to create significant obstacles to effective competition within the national market or in a substantial part of it.
