The Autorité de la concurrence's Investigation Services conducted an unannounced inspection at companies suspected of anticompetitive practices in the agricultural inputs sector, following authorization from a judge.

These inspections do not imply guilt but are part of the process to investigate alleged anticompetitive behaviors.

The Autorité de la concurrence refrains from commenting on the companies or practices under investigation.

For transparency, the Autorité may issue a press release after inspections to inform other undertakings about the leniency program, ensuring equal access without disclosing visited companies' identities.

Undertakings concerned about past or ongoing practices are encouraged to apply for the leniency program to report information that could help uncover anticompetitive behaviors.
