On April 23, 2026, the Greek Competition Authority unanimously approved the acquisition of joint control by DECA INVESTMENTS and I. Karantalis over DELTA SCHOOLS, as per Article 8, paragraph 3 of Law 3959/2011.

This merger pertains to the market for professional training services through private Higher Vocational Training Schools and the market for non-formal professional education, training, and lifelong learning through Lifelong Learning Centers.

The Authority concluded that the merger does not raise serious doubts regarding its compatibility with competition requirements in the relevant markets, as there are no horizontal, vertical, or diagonal overlaps.
