The authority has concluded that the merger does not pose any competition concerns and is in line with existing competition regulations.

Kolektor Sistemi, based in Ljubljana, specializes in systems and technologies, while Prinsis operates in power electronics, including production, development, and engineering. The merger also involves Prinsis Real Estate, which is associated with the same group.
